ABOUT ME

Hey, I’m Shannon!

My passion for food freedom stems from years of my own struggles with PCOS, dieting, and diet culture.

I was able to liberate myself from dieting, find joy in food, and start thriving with PCOS.

I am committed to helping you do the same.

I am a lover of puppies, iced tea, cheese platters, and dancing.

If I had to pick just one, I think my favorite food would be pasta. In any form.

As a fellow PCOS cyster, I too struggled to find ways to holistically manage PCOS and have been fed up with the recommendations I was getting from other healthcare providers.

Yet through evidenced-based holistic nutrition practices, I found ways to thrive with PCOS. I am committed to helping YOU do the same.

My philosophy is strongly rooted in an all-inclusive approach to food and wellness. I think life is too precious and too short to spend so much time obsessing over our food choices or exercise patterns.

My yoga training has made me uniquely aware of our ability to connect our minds and bodies, rather than fight against them. I am a strong proponent of mindfulness and intuition when it comes to our food choices and our health.

Listening and connecting to your body’s intuition is the foundation to a healthy, happy, and sustainable life. I want to help you bring the joy back into eating and ditch the fear, guilt, and shame that clouds too many of your food choices.
